How to undeleted iMessages(text,photos) on iPhone/ipad?

Tutorial 1 Undelete iMessages from iTunes backup 

Step 1 Select recovery mode 
install and lunch iFonebox on your computer, then choose “Recover from iTunes Backup” mode by clicking it. 
 

Step 2 Select iPhone backup for scan 
a second later, the program will display backups of different iOS devices you have ever backed up through iTunes on this computer. Just select the backup for your iPhone and click “Start Scan” button to scan the backup for recovering messages. 
 

Step 3 Preview and recover iMessages in iTunes backup 
After scanning finished, 11 kinds of data will be displayed in scan result, containing photos , Contacts, Messages, etc. Tap on “Messages” to preview all the SMS/MMS/iMessages, and click “Message Attachments” to preview all the videos, photos, etc. Tick off those messages you need back and Click “Recover” to go on, you can click “Open” to select a saving location from your computer 
 


Note that the iMessage will be saved in .csv and .html formats when they are recovered and output to computer. 

Tutorial 2 Undelete iMessages from iPhone/iPad directly 

Step 1 Connect the iPhone/iPad to the computer 
Lunch iFonbox, Then select “Recover from iOS Device” mode after connecting your iPhone with PC 
 
Step 2 Scan your device and recover deleted iMessages 
After scanning finished, Click the “Messages” category to preview all the text messages, MMS, iMessages on your iPhone. You can check “Only display the deleted items” to preview the deleted messages only. Mark those data you want to retrieve and click “Recover” button to save them on computer.

  1. Good share. So in order to recover deleted iMessages, you need iTunes backup or iCloud backup. If you have backup, you can easily retrieve imessages.
    But if you don't have any valid backups, you can use some software to extract and recover data from iPhone.
